this hotel is falling apart and in need of a full renovation.i reported my injury and room conditions to the front desk clerk who simply stated well guess services only works mon-fri she never apologized for conditions or offered a report.the casino is filled with smoke you can taste the nicotine in your mouth.the carts for your luggage is handed by the bell hops unless you get them you will not get a cart.i called back to speak to guest services whom stated the person was in a meeting and will call me in a hour 5 days later no call.
